Job Description

• Serve as the primary online community administrator and point of contact for business partner communities across multiple digital platforms (social media and community groups).

• Monitor, manage, and respond to inquiries, issues, and feedback from community members in accordance with defined SLA standards.

• Escalate issues and questions to relevant internal teams promptly and accurately, based on official guidelines and available information.

• Ensure all responses are accurate, consistent, and aligned with the company’s knowledge base and communication standards.

• Conduct community sentiment monitoring and analysis (positive/negative) and provide regular insights and reports.

• Support online campaigns, feature launches, and product updates through community engagement activities.

• Collaborate with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure smooth communication and community operations.

• Prepare and maintain regular reports on community engagement activities and performance metrics.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma (D3), preferably Bachelor’s degree (S1) in Business Administration, Marketing, Industrial Engineering, or related fields.

• At least 1 year of experience in community management, customer service, operations, or event coordination (fresh graduates are welcome to apply).

• Strong customer service orientation with a focus on service quality and response accuracy.

• Excellent written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.

• Well-organized with strong time management and prioritization abilities, able to handle community activities at a national scale.

• Proficient in creating clear and structured presentation materials and training content with strong attention to detail.

• Strong analytical skills to identify trends, sentiment patterns, and operational issues.

• Familiarity with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; experience with reporting tools or dashboards is a plus.
