We are urgently seeking a creative and passionate Social Media Officer to join our team. You will be responsible for creating visually appealing our social media, and company branding materials.
Responsibilities:
1. Social Media Management
- Operate and manage the brand’s social media accounts (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook)
- Schedule and publish daily/weekly content (feeds, stories, reels, lives, etc.).
- Maintain consistent brand tone and visual identity across all platforms.
2. Content Planning & Production
- Create monthly editorial plans and content calendars.
- Collaborate with designers, photographers, videographers, or content creators for content production.
- Develop creative content ideas that align with trends and the target audience.
3. Copywriting & Captioning
- Write engaging captions that reflect the brand’s voice.
- Craft compelling call-to-actions that drive interaction and conversion.
- Adapt writing style to fit the specific platform.
4. Engagement & Community Management
- Respond to comments, DMs, mentions, and engage actively with followers.
- Manage user-generated content (UGC) and maintain a strong online community.
- Monitor and manage the brand’s online reputation.
5. Campaign Support & Activation
- Prepare materials and assist in executing promotional campaigns, product launches, events, or collaborations.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure campaign consistency across all digital channels.
6. Monitoring & Reporting
- Analyze content performance (reach, engagement, growth, conversions).
- Create monthly performance reports with insights and improvement suggestions.
- Stay updated with social media trends and algorithm changes to adjust strategies.
7. Influencer & KOL Coordination (if applicable)
- Assist in identifying, managing, and following up with influencers or KOL collaborations.
- Prepare creative briefs and evaluate collaboration results.
