We are looking for a highly experienced Purchasing Specialist to join our team in Indonesia, with strong expertise in purchasing, specifically in the manufacturing sector.
Responsibilities:
Find the supplier that provides the fuel (rice husk, wood chips, sawdust, palm kernel shell, or other approved biomass materials), delivery service, spare part, for our factory.
Negotiate the price, delivery schedule, and payment terms with the supplier.
Make a delivery plan and send it to the delivery services.
Follow the supplier, and delivery services to make sure that they will deliver as delivery plan.
Check the quantity that is imported to the factory, compare with the factory and supplier and inform to the supplier to issue an invoice.
Collect the invoice, delivery noted and complete the payment process in the system and forward the payment document to accountant dept.

Qualifications:
Graduated in Economics, Business Administration, Logistics, Import-Export, International Business, etc.
Ability to use English in work
Preference for candidates with at least 1 year of experience in purchasing agricultural materials, fuels like: rice husks, palm shells, etc or related Logistics field.
