What You’ll Do
Lead new business development efforts in Indonesia, targeting banks and financial institutions.
Promote AI-powered solutions that enhance marketing performance, customer engagement, and risk control.
Develop go-to-market strategies, identify key opportunities, and deliver on sales targets.
Build and maintain strong relationships with senior executives, decision-makers, and strategic partners.
Work closely with internal teams (product, tech, and delivery) to design and present tailored proposals.
Keep track of market trends, regulatory changes, and competitors to inform business strategy.
As the team grows, recruit, coach, and lead sales professionals to scale our business presence in Indonesia.
What We’re Looking For
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Marketing, Finance, Computer Science, or related fields.
At least 5 years of B2B sales experience, including 3+ years in the banking or financial services industry.
Strong existing network with local banks or financial institutions is a major plus.
Experience in AI, data analytics, marketing technology, or risk solutions preferred.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Native Bahasa Indonesia speaker with fluency in English.
Self-driven, entrepreneurial mindset — comfortable building from the ground up in a fast-growing company.
Based in Jakarta, with some travel within Indonesia.
