Consult clients on motorcycle rentals (online and offline): assist with model selection, rental terms, insurance, and additional services
Prepare and manage rental contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance
Organize, improve, and maintain daily operational workflows
Assign tasks to team members (office staff, mechanics, logistics) and monitor execution
Oversee motorcycle handovers and returns, ensuring vehicles meet company standards
Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and conflict situations professionally
Monitor payments, deposits, cash handling, and basic operational reporting
Coordinate with partners, suppliers, and motorcycle owners
Contribute to service improvements and enhancement of overall customer experience
Experience in rentals, customer service, or operational management
Strong understanding of business processes and team coordination
Excellent communication and customer-oriented mindset
High level of responsibility, organization, and attention to detail
Basic knowledge of motorcycles (types, usage, rental specifics)
Experience working with contracts and documentation
Good command of English (additional languages are a plus)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Previous experience managing a small team
