Job Description :
Act as the first point of contact by welcoming guests, clients, and partners in a professional and friendly manner.
Handle incoming calls, messages, and inquiries, and direct them to the appropriate departments.
Coordinate property viewings by scheduling visits between sales/rental agents and property owners.
Ensure timely communication with property owners regarding viewing schedules and basic follow-ups.
Support listing administration by confirming listing availability, pricing, and basic details.
Collect and organize required documents and information related to property listings.
Update and maintain accurate listing data in the company system.
Assist with marketing activities such as arranging property photos and video shoots.
Communicate feedback, inquiries, or complaints from clients or property owners to relevant departments.
Monitor and follow up on pending tasks to ensure smooth daily operations.
Provide general front-office and administrative support as assigned by management.
Job Qualification :
Bachelor’s degree (S1) in any major.
Good communication skills in Bahasa Indonesia; basic English is an advantage.
Professional, polite, and customer-oriented attitude.
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
Basic computer and administrative skills.
Proactive, responsive, and able to work well in a team.
