Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support :
- Assist the sales team with preparing sales order based on contracts.
- Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (SO, List SO Pending, DN, List Sales)
- Coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, and after sales support.
- Follow up on pending quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
- Support the preparation of sales reports and SO Pending
Administrative Duties :
- Manage filing, documentation and record keeping for all sales activities.
- Liaise between Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of customer payments.
- Ensure timely processing and accuracy of purchase orders and invoices.
- Responsible for issuing and delivering invoices and tax invoices to customers.
Qualifications:
- Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
- Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
- Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
- Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
- Fluent in English, both written and spoken
- Able to work effectively in an international company environment.
- High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
- Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
- Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
