Kualifikasi :
1. Berpengalaman minimal 1 tahun sebagai Live Streamer, Host, atau Content Creator.
2. Percaya diri berbicara di depan kamera, komunikatif, dan berpenampilan profesional.
3. Memahami tren dan teknik live streaming untuk menarik penonton dan meningkatkan engagement.
4. Mampu memahami produk dengan cepat dan menjelaskannya secara menarik.
5. Terbiasa bekerja dengan target sales.
6. Kreatif, inisiatif, dan bisa bekerja sama dalam tim.
7. Nilai plus jika memiliki pengalaman di bidang beauty, skincare, atau lifestyle.
8. Diutamakan bisa Live di Shift Malam & bersedia untuk bekerja Shift.
Deskripsi Pekerjaan :
1. Melakukan live streaming secara rutin di platform e-commerce atau media sosial brand (Shopee Live, TikTok Live).
2. Memperkenalkan dan menjelaskan produk dengan menarik, engaging, dan sesuai dengan brand guidelines.
3. Berinteraksi aktif dengan audiens: menjawab pertanyaan, membangun engagement, dan mengarahkan ke pembelian
4. Menyusun skrip, konsep konten, dan promo live.
5. Membuat laporan hasil live (durasi, viewers, sales) secara rutin.
6. Menyelesaikan masalah produk atau layanan dengan mengklarifikasi keluhan pelanggan; menentukan penyebab masalah; memilih dan menjelaskan solusi terbaik untuk menyelesaikan masalah; mempercepat perbaikan atau penyesuaian; menindaklanjuti untuk memastikan penyelesaian masalah
7. Merekomendasikan produk atau layanan potensial kepada manajemen dengan mengumpulkan informasi pelanggan dan menganalisis kebutuhan pelanggan
