PT Golden Victory Manufactures, we are part of a big company; stella Group international based in China (https://www.stella.com.hk/).
Currently, we are in the process of establishing a new factory in Pemalang Regency - Central Java, which is engaged in the sports shoe industry.

Responsibilities

• Understand and monitoring labor and HSE Compliance Implementations

• Develop and maintain OHS, waste management, and pollution policies.

• Manage incident reports and environmental compliance

• Implement environmental impact reduction policies

• Develop Health Safety and Environment management procedures

• Provide administrative and logistical support during inspections or audits

• Conduct internal employee training

• Create and maintain HSE reports and metrics to track and evaluate the effectiveness of HSE programs

• Conduct comprehensive assessments of the workplace environment to identify potential hazards and risks

• Attend the training and get job rotation in such as Manufacturing, Operations, Supply Chain Management, Business Development etc.

• Learn various knowledge of footwear and staff management from each function, including operations, management viewpoints, and company policies and practices affecting each phase of business. such as Lean Training and Manufacturing Management system.

• Work on site at Pemalang Regency - Central Java & Solo -Central Java.

Requirements

• Diploma degree and above or equivalent experience

• Hold AK3 Umum Certification

• Motivate toward career growth and learning

• Strong written, verbal, and presentation skills

• Ability to interact effectively with a wide range of staff throughout the company

• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint

• Accept short-term training in Domestic and overseas.

• Experience in Shoes Manufacturing will be a PLUS

• We need talents who can communicate in Mandarin and/or English to build a system in Indonesia.
