Accounting Specialist

Smailing Tour DMC (PT Smailing Tours and Travel Service), headquartered in Bali - with a focus on serving inbound travelers to Indonesia, is the extended arm of Smailing Tour Group in Indonesia. We are currently looking for employees for the following position:

Accounting Specialist

Job description:

• Record financial transactions in journals, both manually and using the NAV accounting system.

• Verify the accuracy of transaction documents, including invoices, receipts, and expense records.

• Perform Bank reconciliation and review the Chart of Accounts (COA), to ensure accurate financial transaction recording.

• Prepare financial reports on a daily, weekly, monthly, and annual basis, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements.

• Possess basic knowledge of taxation related to financial transactions, including VAT, PPh 21, and PPh 23.

Requirements:

• Minimum education: Diploma (D3) in Accounting.

• At least 1 year of work experience is preferred.

• Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.

• Ability to understand and communicate in English.

• Fast learner and adaptable.

• Strong accuracy and attention to detail; good communication, organizational, and time management skills, proficient in accounting software and Excel data processing.

• Demonstrate resilience.
