PT Youpeng Informasi Teknologi is currently opening an opportunity to join our team as a Procurement Supervisor.
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree (preferably in Engineering / Management / Logistics).
At least 1-2 years of experience as a Procurement professional, preferably in the telecommunications industry.
Proven experience in handling and leading a procurement team.
Strong supplier network, especially for telecommunications project needs.
Good understanding of procurement processes, price negotiation, and vendor management.
Able to work under pressure and accustomed to project-based targets.
Strong communication and coordination skills.
Manage and supervise the procurement process for project-related goods and services.
Lead and coordinate the procurement team.
Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers and vendors.
Conduct price, quality, and delivery time negotiations.
Ensure material availability in accordance with project requirements.
Prepare procurement reports and supplier performance evaluations.
Solve supplier / management related issue in documentation.
Verified subcon and suplier invoices
Coordinate with finance and Subcon / Suplier for payment
Making Monthly Petty cash report
