The Brand & Content Marketing Specialist is responsible for developing and executing brand, content, and creative strategies that elevate the company’s identity—especially within lifestyle and aesthetic-focused audiences. This role ensures consistent brand storytelling across digital platforms, enhances engagement, and drives brand awareness.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and strengthen brand positioning for lifestyle and aesthetic-focused audiences.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels, campaigns, and visual materials.
Conduct market and competitor research to identify lifestyle trends and audience insights.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate brand identity into product, campaign, and promotional activities.
Plan, create, and manage high-quality lifestyle-oriented content (visual, written, and video).
Develop content calendars that support brand campaigns and business goals.
Write compelling copy for social media, website, promotional materials, and storytelling content.
Coordinate with designers, photographers, and videographers to produce aesthetic-driven creative assets.
Manage social media channels, focusing on engagement, storytelling, and brand aesthetics.
Develop content that aligns with lifestyle trends and strengthens brand visibility.
Monitor digital performance metrics and optimize content strategies to increase reach and engagement.
Execute brand campaigns, influencer collaboration, and community-building activities.
Requirements:
Minimum 4 years of experience in brand marketing, content marketing, or creative marketing.
Strong understanding of lifestyle, aesthetic, and visual-driven branding.
Excellent skills in content writing, storytelling, and campaign development.
Proven experience managing social media and content strategies.
Strong creativity with high attention to detail, especially in visual aesthetics.
Familiarity with design tools (Canva, Adobe Suite) is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with strong project management skills.
