Main responsibilities :
Develop and manage the annual work plan and budget for QA Operations at Indesso Cileungsi (Indesso Aroma), including budget monitoring.
Ensure the maintenance, control, and compliance of all Quality and Food Safety System documentation.
Implement and monitor Quality and Food Safety programs, including HACCP, TACCP, risk assessment, traceability (mock recall), pest control, CCP/OPRP validation, sanitation, and production processes.
Prepare reports and statistical analyses related to audit findings and non-conformities.
Coordinate and support external audits, including ISO, client, and vendor audits.
Handle and follow up on customer quality complaints and corrective actions.
Evaluate raw materials and finished goods together with the MRB team and determine disposition/status in cases of deviations based on analysis results at defined levels.
Qualifications :
Bachelor's degree of Chemistry / Food Technology / Chemical Engineering / Industrial Engineering
Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role from flavor / fragrance / food manufacturing industry
Good knowledge of the implementation of HACCP, ISO 9001, FSSC 22000, and the Halal Assurance System.
Strong communication skills in English and Bahasa Indonesia.
Good negotiation and decision-making skills.
