Operational Frozen Control Telaga Bestari

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Operational Frozen Control staff to join our team in the Telaga Bestari.

Requirements:

• Minimum education D3 (Diploma)

• Experienced and familiar with operations in a frozen mart store

• Understands SOP, product handling, and workflow of frozen goods

• Able to communicate in English

• Experienced with stock opname and inventory flow (in & out)

• Able to create accurate and clear daily/weekly operational reports

• Strong attention to detail, responsible, and able to work independently

• Willing to work mobile between stores if needed

Job Descriptions:

• Oversee and monitor daily operations of frozen products

• Conduct routine stock opname and ensure accurate inventory records

• Check product conditions, temperature, and storage compliance

• Analyze stock movement (incoming & outgoing goods)

• Prepare and submit operational reports regularly

• Coordinate with store teams to ensure smooth workflow

• Identify and report any issues related to stock, equipment, or operations

• Ensure all SOPs related to frozen goods are followed properly
