Skill Requirement
- Memberikan Informasi yang dibutuhkan konsumen mengenai produk perusahaan via Video Call sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
- Mendengarkan dengan baik setiap keluhan yang disampaikan oleh konsumen via Video Call sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
- Memberikan solusi yang terbaik atas masalah yang dihadapi konsumen sesuai SOP yang berlaku;
- Melayani konsumen dengan cepat;
- Eskalasi ke unit terkait jika ada pertanyaan dan keluhan yang perlu di selesaikan lebih lanjut;
- Sopan dan ramah dalam berinteraksi dengan konsumen;
- Mengikuti proses dan standar kerja;
- Mendokumentasikan interaksi konsumen (Verifikasi KYC).
- Memiliki Kompetensi (Brain, Behaviour, Pearsonable);
- Bersedia GROOMING;
- Berbahasa Inggris Aktif (Lisan & Tulis);
- Minimum lulusan D3 (Diploma III) semua jurusan & Freshgraduate;
- Mempunyai orientasi pada EKYC (Electronic Know Your Customer);
- Tidak berdialek/logat kedaerahan;
- Mempunyai kemampuan berkomunikasi, berinteraksi dengan baik, & solutif;
- Memiliki suara dan pelafalan huruf yang baik dan jelas;
- Mampu bekerja SHIFTING (Pagi & Siang);
- Mampu multitasking;
- Jujur, disiplin, teliti dan bertanggung jawab.
