SUPERVISOR OPERASIONAL

About the role

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Operational Supervisor to join our dynamic team at DOCART ESTETIC CLINIC in Tangerang Selatan, Banten. As the Operational Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in overseeing and optimizing the day-to-day operations of our medical clinic, ensuring efficient and seamless service delivery to our patients. What you'll be doing

1. Manage and coordinate the activities of the operations team to ensure that all daily tasks are completed efficiently and effectively

2. Develop and implement operational strategies and procedures to enhance productivity, streamline workflows, and improve patient satisfaction

3. Monitor and report on key performance indicators, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures

1. Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a supervisory or managerial role within the medical/healthcare industry

2. Strong understanding of medical clinic operations, including patient flow, resource management, and quality assurance

3. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively lead and motivate a team

4. Critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify and address operational challenges

5. Proficiency in data analysis and reporting to track and measure operational performance

6. Knowledge of relevant healthcare regulations, policies, and best practices

7. Degree in healthcare administration, business management, or a related field
