Job Description
Own campaign management end-to-end, be the main PIC for hundreds of client campaigns across global markets and multiple verticals.
Execute campaigns with speed and accuracy, ensuring all missions launch on time and meet client expectations.
Monitor, analyze, and optimize performance using funnel data, user behavior insights, and campaign metrics to drive better outcomes.
Translate client needs into clear execution plans, working closely with the Business team to ensure alignment and high-quality delivery.
Identify gaps and propose improvements across operations, funneling, user experience, and strategy, not just execute but innovate.
Experiment with new ideas, tools, and initiatives to enhance campaign outcomes and support business growth.
Ensure high operational quality, troubleshoot issues quickly, and maintain consistency across thousands of live missions.
Requirements
Minimum 1 year experience in campaign operations, campaign management, or marketing campaigns.
Strong project management and time-handling skills — you’ll be managing high campaign volume simultaneously.
Strong analytical thinking, able to use data and funnel insights to optimize performance.
Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment with rapid changes.
Highly proactive, independent, and takes full ownership from planning to execution.
