About the Role:
Lead overall operations of the F&B and lifestyle centre, covering tenant relations, marketing, basic facilities, and administration.
Drive sales, footfall, and tenant performance through activations, promotions, events, and casual leasing initiatives.
Work closely with F&B tenants and operators to support revenue growth and customer experience.
Manage budgets, cash flow, billing, collections, and basic financial reporting for the centre.
Lead and supervise a small on-site property management and operations team.
About You:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field.
Around 5+ years of experience in retail property management, sales & marketing, or lifestyle/F&B asset management.
Strong communication skills, commercial mindset, and confident stakeholder engagement style.
Proven people management skills with experience leading small operational teams.
