REQUIREMENTS :
•Bachelor’s in Engineering (Mechanical, Industrial, or related field).
•Min 5 years project manager experience in Oil & Gas or Heavy Manufacturing.
•PMP/PRINCE2/Agile certification is a plus.
•Proficient in project management tools & MS Office.
•Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
•Good communication in English.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Develop project scope, schedule, and budget in the Oil & Gas sector.
•Define deliverables, milestones, and success criteria aligned with industry standards.
•Able to read and interpret technical drawings to support project analysis and execution.
•Lead cross-functional teams (engineering, procurement, QHSE) to ensure project execution.
•Maintain effective communication with management, clients, vendors, and regulators.
•Monitor project progress to meet time, cost, and quality targets.
•Identify technical and operational risks and implement mitigation strategies.
•Prepare regular project status reports for management and clients.
•Ensure compliance with Oil & Gas regulations, safety standards, and quality requirements.
•Complete final project documentation and conduct post-project evaluations for continuous improvement.
