We’re moving fast and building something iconic — and we need a Chief of Staff who can turn vision into execution with precision, speed, and EOS discipline.

THE ROLE

You are the founder’s operational right hand.
You enforce alignment, clarity, and speed across engineering, design, marketing, and manufacturing.

This is not an admin role.
This is a strategic operator who ensures Charm hits targets and maintains a high-performance cadence.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational Rhythm (EOS + OKRs)

• Run weekly L10 meetings and build quarterly OKRs

• Maintain dashboards, scorecards, and execution timelines

• Ensure every team and vendor is accountable and on-track

Founder Enablement

• Turn vision into structured plans

• Pre-empt problems and remove bottlenecks

• Manage communication, deadlines, and follow-through

• Ensure the founder always has the right information at the right time

Project Execution

• Own cross-functional projects (hardware, software, CX, brand)

• Track manufacturing, engineering updates, and testing milestones

• Drive 30/60/90 deliverables and keep the entire team aligned

• Coordinate agencies, engineers, designers, and suppliers

Quality & Culture

• Maintain high standards across communication, docs, and decisions

• Call out inefficiency, slow thinking, or unclear actions

• Uphold Charm’s brand values: precision, elegance, intelligence

• Organised at a surgical level. EOS, OKR, SOP, timelines — second nature.

• Clear communicator. Short, sharp, structured.

• High-agency. You make things happen without handholding.

• Strategic + operational. You can zoom out and zoom in instantly.

• Bali-based or willing to relocate (in-person). This is not a remote role.

• Must: startup, hardware, or high-growth tech experience.
