The Business Development and Partnerships teams at Shopee are dynamic and energetic. The teams are always looking to acquire business opportunities to drive Shopee to be the No. 1 e-commerce platform in Southeast Asia and Taiwan. The aim of the Business Development and Partnership teams is to provide Shopee’s buyers with a wide variety of product listings at the best prices.

Job Description:

• Act as the ShopeeFood representative responsible for maintaining relationships with merchants in Banjarmasin Area.
• Responsible for maintaining merchant performance by offering participation in campaigns and other ShopeeFood services through online channels (Email, WhatsApp blast, and telephone).
• Responsible for educating merchants about the importance of store quality and operations on ShopeeFood to help them gain more sales.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in any major.
• 1–3 years of experience in Sales and Account Management.
• Target-oriented.
• Good communication skills.
• Proficient in using Excel.
• Experience working in a dynamic environment.
• Experience or interest in E-wallet platforms, food delivery, and e-commerce business.
• Able to work well in a team.
