Customer Billing Support (3-Month Contract)
Job Description
As a Customer Billing Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers regarding invoices, payments, and resolving billing-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail in managing payment data as well as effective communication with both customers and internal teams.
Key Responsibilities
Handle vendor billing and payment processes.
Review and verify vendor billing data.
Perform billing and invoice adjustments between internal teams, provider, and vendors.
Resolve payment errors or issues promptly and accurately.
Coordinate with finance and technical support teams for escalation when necessary.
Prepare simple reports related to billing support activities.
Conduct reconciliation of Payment Gateway transactions.
Requirements
Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.
1–2 years of experience in customer support, billing, or finance will be an advantage
Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.
Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
Good command of English, both written and spoken.
Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with numbers.
Able to work meet tight deadlines.
