Customer Billing Support (3-Month Contract)

Job Description
As a Customer Billing Support, you will be responsible for assisting customers regarding invoices, payments, and resolving billing-related issues. This role requires strong attention to detail in managing payment data as well as effective communication with both customers and internal teams.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle vendor billing and payment processes.

  • Review and verify vendor billing data.

  • Perform billing and invoice adjustments between internal teams, provider, and vendors.

  • Resolve payment errors or issues promptly and accurately.

  • Coordinate with finance and technical support teams for escalation when necessary.

  • Prepare simple reports related to billing support activities.

  • Conduct reconciliation of Payment Gateway transactions.

Requirements

  • Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Management, or a related field.

  • 1–2 years of experience in customer support, billing, or finance will be an advantage

  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with high attention to detail.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.

  • Good command of English, both written and spoken.

  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work accurately with numbers.

  • Able to work meet tight deadlines.
