Job Description:

  • Menerima pembayaran pada hasil tender penjualan aktivas atau barang bekas.

  • Menerima & memeriksa kelengkapan dokumen tagihan dari Accounting, mengembalikan dokumen, membuat Cek / Bilyet Giro untuk pengeluaran bank.

  • Melakukan proses pengeluaran bank untuk kas kecil, menyerahkan seluruh dokumen ke Accounting Officer.

  • Menerbitkan cek / Bilyet Giro untuk Cash Advance.

  • Menerima / memeriksa data transaksi harian, mengelompokkan data transaksi, mencocokkan saldo kas akhir dengan saldo pada laporan bank harian.

  • Meneroma dokumen pengembalian deposit, mengembalikan dokumen deposit, membuat tanda terima kuitansi.

Requirements:

  • Minimal S1 Ekonomi / Akuntansi

  • Berpengalaman di bidang yang sama minimal 1 tahun.

  • Menguasai penggunaan komputer, ms office, dan sistem akuntansi.

  • Kinerja yang baik, pekerja keras, jujur, disiplin, kreatif, detail, kritis, dan memiliki sikap pelayanan yang baik.

  • Komunikatif, koordinatif, dan akurasi yang baik.
