Role Overview:
TechnicoFlor Indonesia is seeking an Admin Sales professional to support our sales team with administrative tasks, customer coordination, and documentation. The ideal candidate will ensure smooth sales operations and provide excellent service to both internal teams and customers, and capable of working in an international company environment with English as a working language.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales Support
1. Assist the sales team with preparing sales order based on contracts.
2. Maintain and update customer databases and sales records (SO, List SO Pending, DN, List Sales)
3. Coordinate with customers on orders, deliveries, and after sales support.
4. Follow up on pending quotations, sales orders, and customer inquiries.
5. Support the preparation of sales reports and SO Pending
Administrative Duties
1. Manage filing, documentation and record keeping for all sales activities.
2. Liaise between Sales and Finance teams to ensure smooth processing of customer payments.
3. Ensure timely processing and accuracy of purchase orders and invoices.
4. Responsible for issuing and delivering invoices and tax invoices to customers.
Qualifications:
* Diploma or bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or related field.
* Experience in sales support or administrative roles preferred.
* Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel and Word).
* Familiarity with CRM or ERP systems is an advantage.
* Basic understanding of sales processes and documentation
* Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
* Customer service mindset and problem-solving attitude.
* Fluent in English, both written and spoken
* Able to work effectively in an international company environment.
* High attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
* Ability to multitask and work under pressure.
* Ability to work well with cross functional teams.
