Operations & Admin officer
About the role
We are seeking an experienced Operations & Admin Officer to join our dynamic team at PT Fundo Sukses Bersama' in South Jakarta. As an integral part of our Administration & Office Support team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality administrative and operational support to ensure the smooth running of our business.
What you'll be doing
Manage a wide range of administrative tasks including, but not limited to, data entry, filing, scheduling, and coordinating meetings
Provide excellent customer service to both internal and external stakeholders
Assist with the preparation of reports, presentations, and other documents
Support the operations team with various tasks to ensure efficient business processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to contribute to the overall success of the organisation
Maintain and update office systems and procedures to improve efficiency
What we're looking for
Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in an administrative or operations role
Strong organisational and time management skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with stakeholders at all levels
Proficient in using Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
Flexibility and adaptability to work in a fast-paced environment
