Technical R&D & After Sales Manager

Job Requirements:

• May require a bachelor's degree in area of specialty: Electrical Engineering or a related field.

• Between 30 - 50 years old.

• Minimum 5-7+ years of experience in product management or engineering within the meter manufacturing industry (smart meter, kWh meter, or similar) is a plus.

• More than 5 years cooperation with PT PLN, familar with PLN working mode and management system; Good relationship with PLN or once worked in PLN is more preferable;

• Proficiency in English or Mandarin (both written and verbal).

• Proficiency in electrical design software such as AutoCAD, Altium (PCB Design) or other relevant tools.

• Strong presentation skills to communicate ideas effectively.

• Excellent negotiation skills to build and maintain partnerships.

• Familiarity with national and international electrical codes and standards (e.g., SPLN, PLN regulations).

• Placement Jakarta and willing to work Mobile.

  
  

Job description

1. Coverage Technical issue, RnD, Technical Support, New product Design, Target, etc.

2. RnD and Analyze new product, base on Standard regulation (specialist kWh Meter and Module communication), lead coordination team RnD, product knowledge inisialization, Superting problem solving and identification.

3. Do the after sales for metering products and solutions to PLN and private markets

4. Maintain the customer relationship, better has experience with PLN

5. Manage the teamwork during meeting the departement Techinal (TSR) promised schedule, and achieving high quality deliverables of all projects within the acceptance based on company standard.

6. Motivate teammates and support them to overcome project issues.

7. Participate Project related meeting, field testing & commissioning, service activities when needs arise.

8. Create a culture of continuous learning and help TSR team in continuous development.

9. Monitor competitor products and industry trends to identify opportunities for product differentiation and market positioning.

10. Understand customer needs and propose solutions that match their requirements.

11. Monitor all project works progress, provides regular update (bi-weekly) to director

12. Report regularly on sales activities, customer feedback, and market developments to Director.
