We are looking for a reliable, detail–oriented Site Supervisor to oversee daily construction activities on our residential projects in Bali.
This role is ideal for a hands-on professional who can manage workers, control work quality, coordinate with engineers, and ensure smooth execution of tasks on site.
What You’ll Do:
• Supervise daily construction activities — foundations, structures, formwork, rebar, concrete works, masonry, roofing, and finishing.
• Coordinate and manage workers, foremen, and subcontractors to ensure efficient workflow.
• Monitor work progress, check quality, and ensure tasks follow drawings, specifications, and safety standards.
• Report daily progress, issues, and needs (materials, manpower, tools) to the Site Engineer or Project Manager.
• Ensure all site activities follow the approved construction schedule.
• Inspect formwork, reinforcement, alignment, levels, and finishing quality before and after each task.
• Handle site measurements, prepare basic documentation, and support material tracking.
• Control cleanliness, organization, and safety across the project site.
• Identify problems early and propose practical solutions to avoid delays.
• Assist in receiving materials, checking quantities/quality, and ensuring their proper storage.
• Communicate effectively with the construction team and ensure smooth coordination between all site parties.
• Enforce discipline, work standards, and company procedures among workers and teams.
Requirements:
• Minimum 5 years of hands-on experience in construction supervision (villas or residential projects preferred).
• Strong understanding of structural, architectural, and finishing works.
• Ability to read drawings (shop drawings, structural, architectural) and execute the work accordingly.
• Knowledge of concrete works, reinforcement placement, formwork inspection, and finishing techniques.
• Basic experience with site reporting, documentation, and progress tracking.
• Strong leadership and communication skills; able to manage workers and foremen effectively.
• High level of discipline, responsibility, and problem-solving abilities.
• Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
• English or Indonesian language skills; ability to communicate clearly with the project team.
• Minimum age: 25 years old.
