The Merchandise Manager for the adidas brand is responsible for developing and executing the overall merchandising strategy to achieve sales, margin, and inventory targets. This includes building a strong OTB plan, merchandise frameworks, seasonal assortment strategies, maintaining healthy inventory levels, managing the RTV process, balancing store stock and clearance aging, and overseeing product lifecycles across all channels. The role works closely with cross-functional teams such as Store Operations, Marketing, VM, and other related functions, as well as with the adidas principal teams, to deliver strong commercial results and an elevated consumer satisfaction and experience.
