Job Description
Sales & Marketing Project Management: Oversee the workflow and projects of the Sales team. Coordinate and manage all phases of the project to ensure timely completion in line with the set objectives.
Workflow Supervision: Collaborate with cross-departmental teams to ensure smooth coordination for all plans and projects. Conduct regular meetings with Sales, Legal, and Information Technology (IT) teams to monitor project progress and address any questions or potential challenges.
Analysis and Risk Identification: Identify and analyze potential risks and issues, escalate critical matters, and collaborate with internal team to implement the best solutions to keep projects on track.
Documentation and Reporting: Review daily progress, status reports, and project documentation prepared by the Sales team, ensuring that all legal and technical documentation is in compliance.
Sales Targets & Transactions Monitoring: Regularly monitor and analyze data to review the achievement of sales targets.
Qualifications & Required Skills
Employment type: Initial 12-month outsourced contract, followed by a performance review for permanent placement.
Education: Minimum Bachelor’s degree.
Work Experience: Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Location: Based in South Jakarta (Sequis Center)

Project Management Skills: Strong ability in project management, time management, and handling disruptions to ensure projects are completed on time with high quality.
Data Analysis: Capable of evaluating data and analyzing transactions.
Microsoft Office: Proficient in Microsoft Office Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
Work Ethic: Strong work ethic, independent, and high integrity. Able to adapt to fast-paced environments, meet deadlines, and handle ad-hoc work requests efficiently.
Communication Skills: Facilitate clear and effective communication to foster understanding and alignment among diverse stakeholders.
Detail-Oriented: Able to consistently prepare comprehensive and accurate project documentation.
