Key Responsibilities:
Acquire new clients aligned with the company’s objectives through partnership initiatives, including lead generation, prospecting (cold calling, canvassing, and networking).
Identify and generate project opportunities from both new and existing clients by matching company products, services, and capabilities with client needs and requirements.
Develop business cases and proposals tailored to client needs, ensuring alignment with company goals and commercial viability.
Coordinate with existing clients to develop and maintain revenue streams through upselling / cross-selling strategies, promotional activities, and other creative engagement methods.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to determine pricing strategies, taking into account both internal considerations and external market factors.
Monitor the execution of agreements and projects with clients and partners.
Gather and analyze market, competitor, and industry insights to support management decision-making.
Support and execute other sales and marketing initiatives as assigned by management.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in any major.
Minimum 2 years of experience in Corporate Business-to-Business (B2B) Sales, preferably have worked in a Financial Technology company.
Proven experience in developing business cases and proposals, handling multiple product with customized service, determining pricing, and review as well as monitor the agreements with clients.
Preferably experienced in handling clients such as banks, billers, or other corporate entities across industries.
Fluent in both English and Indonesian is preferred.
