Finance Accounting Tax Supervisors
The Opportunity
Join the growing team at CV Unicare Naturindo' as a Finance Accounting Tax Supervisor. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the financial operations and reporting for this dynamic organisation based in Surabaya, Java. This is a casual work arrangement, offering flexibility to balance your work and personal commitments.
Key Responsibilities
Manage the end-to-end accounting process, including invoicing, accounts payable and receivable, general ledger maintenance and reconciliations
Prepare accurate and timely financial statements, budgets, forecasts and other reports to support management decision-making
Ensure compliance with all relevant accounting standards, tax regulations and internal policies
Oversee the tax planning and filing process, including managing relationships with external tax authorities
Lead and develop a team of accounting professionals, providing coaching, training and performance management
Identify opportunities to improve financial processes and controls to drive greater efficiency and accuracy
What We're Looking For
Degree in Accounting, Finance or a related field
Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar supervisory or managerial accounting role, preferably within the Accounting & Financial Reporting industry
Excellent knowledge of Indonesian accounting standards and tax regulations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret financial data and provide insightful recommendations
Proven leadership and people management skills, with the capacity to motivate and develop a team
Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
