6. Maintain employee records and handle Human Capital documentation

Requirements:

1. Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field

2. 1 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry

3. Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus

4. Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices

5. Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills

6. Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications

7. Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality

8. Previous Experience in Travel Industry is a plus
