Key Responsibilities:
Recruit and onboard new employees
Identify training needs and organize professional development sessions
Develop, update, and enforce Human Capital policies
Conduct performance appraisals and support career development plans
Ensure compliance with labor laws and employment standards
Maintain employee records and handle Human Capital documentation
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
1 years of HR experience, preferably in the travel or hospitality industry
Professional HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus
Strong knowledge of HR principles, labor laws, and best practices
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
Proficiency in HRIS and MS Office applications
Discretion, integrity, and a commitment to confidentiality
Previous Experience in Travel Industry is a plus
