What You’ll Do:
You will be responsible for developing business and negotiating the selling, leasing, and marketing of large commercial real estate properties for clients. This job is part of the Brokerage job function. They are responsible for the buying, selling, and leasing of office, residential and commercial properties on behalf of clients for occupation
• Work with Sales Directors to ensure the best-suited team members are on the field for every pitch/assignment,
every time.
• Coordinate targeted vertical pursuit strategies. This includes MidCap Targets, Private Equity, Healthcare, Non?Profit Pursuits, and outsourcing targets.
• Facilitate team meetings, develop prospect lists, collaborate on pursuit strategies, and hold the team
accountable for results.
• Assist the sales team with research within a platform and matrixed work environment. Evaluate and report on
industry and business trends in the local and regional market area for potential impact on the sales team.
• Follow internal company sales guidelines and ensure the use of sales database systems.
• Prepare and present reports on deal activity at local management meetings.
• Lead by example and model behaviors that are consistent with CBRE RISE values. Influence parties of shared
interests to reach an agreement.
• Apply knowledge of own discipline and how own discipline integrates with others to achieve team and
departmental objectives.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve day-to-day and moderately complex issues that may or may not be evident in existing systems and processes.
What You’ll Need:
• Bachelor's Degree preferred with 5 years of relevant experience. In lieu of a degree, a combination of
experience and education will be considered.
• Experience in the areas of staffing, selection, training, development, coaching, mentoring, measuring, appraising, and rewarding performance and retention is preferred.
• Ability to lead the exchange of sensitive, complicated, and difficult information, convey performance
expectations and handle problems.
• Leadership skills to motivate the team to achieve broad operational targets with impacts on own job discipline,
multiple job disciplines, and department.
• In-depth knowledge of Microsoft Office products. Examples include Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.
• Extensive organizational skills and an advanced inquisitive mindset.
• Intermediate math skills. Ability to calculate complicated figures such as percentages, fractions, and other
financial-related calculations.
