Gather and document Finance & Accounting requirements, translating them into clear system specifications.
Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.
Configure Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needs and support operational workflows.
Manage and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.
Perform functional testing for new features, enhancements, and integrations.
Deliver user training and guidance to ensure proper system adoption.
Create complete functional documentation, including process flows and specifications.
Support EPM-related work by aligning financial planning requirements with ERP data.
Monitor system usage, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.
Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and continuous system improvement.
Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes.
Solid knowledge of accounting journals and financial data structures.
Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion.
Proficiency in SQL and database structures for reporting purposes.
Strong analytical ability to assess and improve business processes.
Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.
Plus point: Experience with Accurate Online or EPM tools.
Plus point: Exposure to ERP system configuration or integration beyond Oracle.
