ERP Specialist (Oracle Financial Functional)

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and document Finance & Accounting requirements, translating them into clear system specifications.

• Analyze existing processes to identify improvement opportunities and propose effective solutions.

• Configure Oracle Fusion modules to meet business needs and support operational workflows.

• Manage and troubleshoot system integrations to ensure accurate and consistent data flow.

• Perform functional testing for new features, enhancements, and integrations.

• Deliver user training and guidance to ensure proper system adoption.

• Create complete functional documentation, including process flows and specifications.

• Support EPM-related work by aligning financial planning requirements with ERP data.

• Monitor system usage, identify issues, and coordinate solutions with relevant teams.

• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure smooth implementation and continuous system improvement.

Requirements

• Strong understanding of end-to-end Finance & Accounting processes.

• Solid knowledge of accounting journals and financial data structures.

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Cloud / Oracle Fusion.

• Proficiency in SQL and database structures for reporting purposes.

• Strong analytical ability to assess and improve business processes.

• Professional communication skills in English, both written and spoken.

• Plus point: Experience with Accurate Online or EPM tools.

• Plus point: Exposure to ERP system configuration or integration beyond Oracle.
