Job Summary
Responsible for providing administrative support for organizational career development programs, including training management, assessment coordination, org chart updates, and data administration.
Key Responsibilities
Manage administrative tasks for training & learning programs (participant registration, attendance, evaluation, certificates, documentation).
Coordinate employee assessment processes, including scheduling, participant data management, and result filing.
Maintain and update the company’s Organizational Chart on a regular basis.
Manage and organize the career development database and department documentation.
Prepare weekly and monthly reports related to training and assessments
Coordinate with users, vendors, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth execution of programs.
Handle scheduling, invitations, and communication for all career development activities.
Provide administrative support for other Organizational Career & Development initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (preferably Management/HR/Business Administration).
Strong Excel skills are required (vlookup, pivot table, and data management are a plus).
Highly organized, detail-oriented, and strong in data administration.
Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
Able to work with tight deadlines and handle multiple tasks.
Experience as HR Admin / Training Admin / Data Admin is a plus.
