QC Staff

PT. Rinnai Indonesia is a Joint Venture company with Head Office in West Jakarta and factory in Cikupa and Balaraja (Tangerang Regency). We are seeking a dedicated QC Staff to join our dynamic team. As a QC Staff, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and consistency of our manufacturing processes.

What you'll be doing

• Conducting thorough inspections and quality checks on raw materials, work-in-progress, and finished products to identify and resolve any defects or non-conformities ;

• Monitor raw material quality with standard quality comparison ;

• Compile and prepare QC documents on the results of random checks and claim documents if there are discrepancies in the quality of raw materials purchased ;

• Documenting and reporting all quality-related data, including test results, inspection findings, and corrective actions ;

• Collaborating with production teams to implement quality control measures and identify opportunities for process improvement ;

• Maintaining and calibrating quality control equipment to ensure accurate and reliable measurements ;

• Assisting in the development and implementation of quality control policies, procedures, and training programs.

What we're looking for

• Candidates must possess at least a bachelor's degree in Metallurgical/Chemical/Industrial Engineering ;

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a QC/QA role within the manufacturing industry ;

• Strong attention to detail and analytical skills to accurately identify and address quality issues ;

• Proficient in using QC seven tools and equipment, such as measuring devices, inspection checklists, and data analysis software ;

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities to identify and implement effective corrective actions ;

• Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and report quality-related information ;

• Computer literacy in Microsoft Office is a must, good in English both oral & written.
