CUSTOMS EXPERT (AHLI PPJK) & OPERATIONAL

Hi, come joint us for position “ CUSTOMS EXPERT (AHLI PPJK) & OPERATIONAL ”

Job Description:

1.      Handle end-to-end customs clearance processes (import & export) until cargo release.

2.      Proficient in HS Code classification and LARTAS requirements.

3.      Verify documents such as Invoice, Packing List, COO, Delivery Note, and other legalized documents in accordance with customs regulations.

4.      Prepare and submit Import/Export Declarations (PIB/PEB) through CEISA 4.0.

5.      Experienced in field operations, including:

o    Handling redline/behandle, physical inspections, and cargo checks,

o    Coordinating with Customs, terminal/depot, and inspection parties,

o    Following up until cargo is fully released.

6.      Prepare supporting documents such as SK DO, SK Pabean, DNP, and Delivery Notes.

7.      Coordinate with trucking teams to ensure on-time cargo delivery.

8.      Detail-oriented in documentation, able to work under pressure, and capable of solving issues effectively.

Requirements:

1.      Minimum Diploma (D3).

2.      Must hold a valid Customs Expert (Ahli PPJK) certificate.

3.      Minimum 3 years of experience in Customs Clearance and Export–Import Operations.

4.      Strong knowledge of import–export procedures and applicable government regulations.

5.      Detail-oriented, disciplined, and able to work independently or as part of a team.

6.      Strong problem-solving skills and capable of working under pressure.

7.      Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).

8.      Demonstrated leadership, willingness to learn new things, and strong motivation for growth.
