Job Descriptions:
Support and lead the sales team to achieve monthly sales targets
Manage leads, handle client inquiries, and conduct property presentations
Prepare sales reports and monitor sales pipelines
Develop sales strategies and assist in sales promotions
Job Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
2–4 years of experience in property sales as leader (developer experience is a MUST)
Target-oriented with good analytical and reporting skills
High organization and planning skills
Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
Excellent mentoring, coaching, and people management skills
Will be handled and placed in Samarinda, East Kalimantan
