REQUIREMENTS:
•Min Diploma in Administration/Management/Industrial Engineering/English Literature
•At least 1 year of experience in PPIC/production administration.
•Proficient in Microsoft Excel & ERP systems.
•Knowledge of production flow, inventory, and supply chain.
•Detail-oriented, disciplined, able to work independently or in a team.
•Good communication in English.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
•Create and manage production schedules based on requirements.
•Monitor material availability and coordinate with purchasing team.
•Control inventory and ensure stock aligns with production plans.
•Prepare daily/weekly reports on production and materials.
•Coordinate with production and warehouse teams to ensure smooth operations.
•Support ERP/PPIC system implementation for work efficiency.
