Key responsibilities
Prospecting new customers and collecting all the required documents for leasing facility
Maintain good relationship with suppliers
Reporting the prospective and progress customers regularly every week and preparing a visit report to be reported to the HQ to achieve the given sales target
Manage Application process
Preparing credit application memo (business summary, financial analysis, etc.) as standardized by the company and managing administrative matters
Maintain good relationship with all the prospective and existing customers
Handle filling internal documents
Manage and keep confidential documents properly or in safety box for PDG
Prepare the Monthly Reporting to the related department in Head Office Jakarta
Maintain and monitor regular monthly rental payment collection of the customers
Do the rescheduling application if necessary (in case of overdue account and repossession)
What we're looking for
Age min. 30 years old
Bachelor's degree or up
At least 5 years of experience in Leasing Industry or 3 years in truck leasing business
Able to communication in English (Intermediate Speaking and Written proficiency)
Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling and persuasive content
Has relationship to HE suppliers and Truck Dealer
Has existing Portfolio and understand local business situation
Understand to analyze financial data and ability to prepare a Credit Application
Passion for the transportation and logistics industry, with a deep understanding of the market and customer needs
