REQUIREMENTS :
•Min Diploma degree in Industrial or Mechanical Engineering
•At least 3 years of experience in QC in mining or OIL & GAS manufacturing industry
•Detail-oriented, proactive, and knowledgeable in API/ISO standards
•Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills
•Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings
•Good communication in English
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :
•Inspect raw materials, production processes, and finished products to ensure quality standards are met.
•Understand and apply QC procedures across machining, fabrication, painting, blasting, and welding processes.
•Operate and utilize precision measuring tools such as CMM, Gauge, Caliper and others
•Read and interpret technical drawings to verify product specifications.
•Handle and follow up on Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs).
•Prepare and manage QC documents such as ITRs, RFIs, and CoCs.
•Analyze quality data and prepare monthly KPI reports.
•Coordinate with production and engineering teams for corrective and preventive actions.
•Provide internal training on QC procedures and quality standards.
•Support internal and external audits and contribute to QC system improvements.
