Corporate Secretary

About the role

As the Corporate Secretary at PT HIT International, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operations of our company. Reporting directly to the senior management team, this full-time position based in South Jakarta offers an excellent opportunity to contribute to the strategic direction and governance of our growing organisation.

What you'll be doing

1. Providing comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Board of Directors and senior executives

2. Organising and managing board and shareholder meetings, including preparing agendas, taking and distributing minutes

3. Ensuring all corporate documentation, records and statutory filings are maintained in accordance with relevant laws and regulations

4. Advising the Board on corporate governance best practices and implementing policies to ensure compliance

5. Serving as the primary point of contact for shareholders, regulators and other key stakeholders

6. Assisting with the planning and coordination of corporate events and functions

7. Providing general administrative support to the executive team as required

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 5 years' experience in a similar corporate secretarial or executive assistant role, preferably within a public or private company

2. Excellent knowledge of Indonesian corporate laws and regulations, as well as best practices in corporate governance

3. Have at least 3 years of experience working in a TBK company (will be prioritized)

4. Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasks and work under pressure

5. Must Fluently in English, good looking, have a good communication skills and have a have a private vehicle

6. Proficient in MS Office Suite and comfortable with using various office equipment and technologies

7. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with stakeholders at all levels

8. A proactive, detail-oriented and discreet approach to work

9. Tertiary qualification in a relevant field, such as Business Administration or Law, is highly desirable
