About the role
We are seeking a motivated and organized General Admin and Receptionist to join our team at PT Himalaya Wellness Indonesia in Kelapa Gading, Jakarta on a contract basis. This role is essential in providing administrative and reception support to ensure the smooth running of our operations.
What you'll be doing
Handling ticketing for employees who has business trip domestic and overseas
Answering and directing incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner
Greeting and welcoming visitors to our office, offering them assistance as needed
Performing general administrative duties such as filing, data entry, printing, and photocopying
Maintaining a tidy and organized reception area and ensuring all office supplies are well-stocked
Assisting with various ad-hoc projects and tasks as required by the team
What we're looking for
At least 1 year of experience in a similar administrative or receptionist role
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to interact with people at all levels
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Proficiency in using Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
A positive, friendly, and customer-service oriented attitude
