As we take this ambitious journey of growing to 1000 stores, we’re looking for a detail-oriented and strategic Planogram Specialist to shape the in-store experience across our expanding network. In this role, you will ensure product displays are optimized, consistent, and aligned with our retail standards—helping every store deliver clarity, convenience, and a seamless shopping journey for our customers. You will play a key role in designing layouts, analyzing product performance, and collaborating with cross-functional teams so that each store reflects our brand with precision and impact.
Your Role :
Planogram Development & Execution:
Create and implement planograms for all pharmacy store locations to maximize space utilization and optimize product placement
Develop category-specific layouts for pharmaceutical products, over-the-counter medications, health & wellness items, and promotional products
Ensure planograms are aligned with pharmacy regulations and health & safety guidelines
Collaboration with Teams:
Work closely with merchandising, marketing, and operations teams to ensure that planograms support store promotions, seasonal displays, and new product launches
Coordinate with pharmacy staff to ensure proper implementation of planograms and that products are stocked correctly
Store Layout Optimization:
Analyze store space and sales data to optimize product placement, improving visibility and sales
Ensure efficient use of shelf space for high-demand, high-margin products while adhering to pharmacy regulations and guidelines
Adjust planograms regularly based on inventory levels, seasonal shifts, and promotional activities
Compliance & Quality Control:
Conduct store audits to ensure that planograms are accurately implemented and maintained
Monitor compliance with visual merchandising standards, including product placement, signage, and regulatory requirements
Address any discrepancies and provide corrective actions when necessary
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Retail Management, Marketing, or a related field
2+ years in space planning, interior design, or facilities management, with a preference for experience in healthcare, retail, or pharmacy environments
Experience with designing and implementing planograms software (Spaceman, PlanoHero, Shelf Logic, Blue Yonder etc)
Knowledge of retail trends and consumer behavior in the healthcare market
Experience with project management and execution of merchandising plans
Strong analytical skills, with an eye for detail
Excellent communication and teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
Able to communicate effectively in English
