Quantity Surveying Officer

Job Description Summary:

Preparation of Cost Estimation for budget and Tender Document (BoQ, RAP, Evaluation) for Infrastructure Project in Palm Oil Industry (Housing, Bridge, Warehouse, etc).

Job description:

• Performing BoQ quantity calculations and cost estimation based on conceptual and detailed technical documents.

• Supporting the tender process, including conducting commercial evaluations and commercial clarification with participating contractors.

• Monitoring and justifying contract variations throughout the project, providing support if additional cost claims arise from the contractor.

• Coordinating with third-party contractors/suppliers to ensure all equipment and building specifications meet requirements.

• Analyzing construction specifications and data and performing mathematical calculations to determine the required materials, equipment, and labor to meet construction targets. ​

Job requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree (S1) in Civil Engineering or Architectural

• At least 2 years of working experience in the relevant field

• Ability to use MS. Office, especially Ms. Excel

• Ability to read Autocad Drawing is essential

• Ability to use Autocad Drawing is advantage

• Fluent in English is advantage

• Possesses good team spirit
