KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Responsible for working with the HR Manager in order to ensure operation are running smoothly.
Handle absence and payroll.
Employment documents matters (evaluation, warning letters, etc.)
Handling company legal documents.
Monitor BPJS Kesehatan & Ketenagakerjaan compliance.
Recruitment and Hiring.
Budgeting for operational expenses.
Manage company event and other related duties.
COMPETENCY:
Bachelor's degree from a related field of study.
Fluent in English both oral and written preferable.
Minimum 5 years of working experience in related field.
Understanding of company legal and recruitment process.
Having good interpersonal and relationships skills with people at all levels.
Experience with Talenta HRIS and Job Portal (Jobstreet, Glints, LinkedIn) preferable.
