Production Staff
Requirements:
Minimum Diploma (D3) or Bachelor’s Degree (S1) in Electromedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field;
Minimum 1-2 years of experiences (fresh graduates are welcome to apply);
Knowledge of production processes, quality control, and safety standards;
Able to operate and maintain production machinery and equipment;
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel);
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills;
Able to work under pressure and in a team.
Job Description:
Handle TKDN (Tingkat Komponen Dalam Negeri) documentation and submission processes;
Execute and monitor daily production processes according to company SOPs;
Complete and submit production reports accurately and on time;
Monitor production output to ensure quality and efficiency;
Support daily production activities and report any issues or abnormalities;
Collaborate with other departments to achieve production targets.
