RECEPTIONIST
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree from Any major.
Min. 1 year proven experience in Receptionist position/frontliner
Proficient in Ms. Office (database Excel).
Fluent in English is a must (fluent in Mandarin is a plus).
Good Communication, Customer Service skill, and Attention to Detail.
Able to work as a strong team member, ambitious, hardworking and good analytical thinking.
Willing to be placed in Sunter, North Jakarta.
Job Responsibilities :
Greet coming visitors.
Answer and forward incoming calls to relevant staff and department.
Input document into the database.
Monitoring document shipments.
