The Bali Bible, part of PT Travlr Guides Indonesia, is a leading digital platform that helps millions of travelers discover and book the best experiences, accommodations, and destinations in Bali.
We work with hundreds of tourism and hospitality partners — from boutique villas to world-class resorts — to bring Bali’s best to the world.
We’re looking for a Sales Admin who’s organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about supporting a high-performing commercial team.
Responsibilities
Assist the partnership and sales team with administrative and operational support.
Manage and update partner data, contracts, and campaign information in the CRM system.
Prepare and process invoices, agreements, and reports.
Coordinate communication between internal teams and partners.
Tract and follow up on partner payments and deliverables.
Support the creation of presentations and proposals for prospective partners.
Maintain accurate records and documentation for all partnerships and sales activities.
Qualifications
Having a minimum of 1 year of experience in sales administration or related roles.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Good communication skills in English and Indonesian.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel) and CRM tools.
Knowledge of the travel or hospitality industry is an advantage.
Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
