Job Function:
- Provide onsite IT support at main and off-site locations, delivering excellent customer service.
- Respond to escalated helpdesk tickets, ensuring timely resolution, regular updates, and proper documentation.
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware, software, and basic network issues.
Requirement:
Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology,Computer Science, or equivalent experience
Minimum 1–2 years’ experience in a helpdesk or IT support role.
Special Skill:
- Software and network
- Strong troubleshooting, communication, and customer service skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a support team.
